These are harder to find than the standard model, especially in this condition FireWire Audio/Interface from Focusrite according to the manufacturers, it will equally operate over Thunderbolt via an appropriate adapter. Settings applied in software can be saved to the device, for operation without a host computer at all. The included power supply is required for this, but the FireWire cable alone suffices for computer use.
